Privacy Statement

With this privacy statement Opus d.o.o. Novi Sad (hereinafter Opus ) informs its clients, suppliers or persons otherwise affected by the processing of personal data that Opus carries out in the course of the activities mentioned in this privacy statement. Opus is responsible for the contents of this website and the processing of personal data in connection therewith, as far as another representative is not expressly referred to.

Website & Newsletter

If you visit our website, we automatically collect data that your computer or mobile device transmits to us. Data that is collected during your visit of our website is not allocated to (linked with) other data available to us. Personal data is in generally not collected or processed.

Apart from that, we store and process such (personal) data that you provide us by registering to our newsletter and/or referral program. The data that has been made available to us is used for sending the newsletter as well as for marketing activities by Opus . By registering to our newsletter and/or referral program, the user expressly consents to the use of the provided data for the aforementioned purposes. Data for marketing purposes is processed for the duration of 5 years.

The following data is collected during visits to our website, during registration to our newsletter or by using our contact form:

  • Device ID, device type, computer and connection information, statistical data on page views, data traffic times to and from the websites, referral URL, advertising display data, IP address and standard weblog information.

  • Anonymized data that has been collected by our cookies.

  • The e-mail address, first name, last name and phone number that you have provided during registration to our newsletter and/or referral contact form.

The data that we receive from you through your visit of our website or which you provide to us by registering to our newsletter or by using our contact form is stored or processed by us with the help of automated processes and used exclusively for internal marketing purposes of Opus. Opus does not collect and store personal data to the extent of what is technically possible, but only insofar as this is absolutely necessary for the purposes described in this privacy statement. The collected data is not given to third parties.

Newsletter

Opus has its own newsletter, with which we regularly inform our customers about our company, our products and our services. If you have registered to receive our newsletter by using your name and your e-mail address, this data will be used for Opus ´s own marketing purposes. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and free of charge. The newsletter subscriber expressly consents to the electronic collection, storage and processing of the data as well as to the use of these by Opus for advertising purposes. The newsletter can be unsubscribed from at any time using the link “Unsubscribe” in the newsletter itself.

The processing of the data mentioned in this privacy statement is performed on basis of the legal grounds of performance of contract (Art 6 par 1 lit b GDPR), consent (Art 6 par 1 lit a GDPR) and/or the safeguarding of our legitimate interest (Art 6 par 1 lit f GDPR).

Our legitimate interest is constituted by the information of customers and potential customers about our services. Customers and their employees do not need to expect any disadvantage resulting from the use of this data.

Persons whose personal data we process have the right to require information about their processed personal data, the purpose of the processing as well as the origin and the recipients of their data at any time. A short e-mail – with a copy of an ID attached and the statement that information about the data processing is requested – to data-protection@trackingtime.org is sufficient. We will answer inquires as soon as possible, in all cases within a month.

Persons whose personal data is processed moreover have, subject to the conditions laid down in the GDPR, the right to renounce and limit their consent to the processing of their data at any time and/or to require that their data is deleted or corrected. Here, too, a short e-mail with a copy of an ID attached and indication of the concrete request to data-protection@opus.rs  is sufficient.

If persons believe that one of the companies mentioned in this privacy statement processes their data in a manner that is contrary to data protection provisions, they have the right to contact the authority responsible for data protection (in Serbia, this is COMMISSIONER FOR INFORMATION OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION).

Data security

The protection of personal data is performed using appropriate organizational and technical measures. These measures involve in particular the protection against unauthorized, unlawful or also coincidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

Notwithstanding the efforts to continuously maintain an appropriately high standard of care, it cannot be excluded that information that you disclose through us over the internet is viewed and used by other persons.

Please note that we assume no liability of any kind whatsoever for the disclosure of information occurring as a result of errors during data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on e-mail or phone, interception of faxes).

We are committed to ensure that data leaks are recognized early and if applicable reported to our users as well as the competent supervisory authority, referencing the respective data categories affected.

The contents of our website may contain references to other websites and their respective contents. Opus is not responsible for and has no control over these websites. These websites may contain separate data protection provisions. Opus is not responsible for the use and contents of these websites and assumes no liability or responsibility for data processing in connection with the visit of these websites.

Use of data of our website

We allow interested third parties to use data present on our website for informational purposes as long as reference to our copyright is made. Any use beyond this scope – especially the use of our logo – requires the express permission of Opus.

Information on the use of Google Universal Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics also uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is typically transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA.

In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will however shorten your IP address within EU Member States or in other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Social plugins

On parts of our website, we also use social plugins, e.g. those of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Google+. These platforms are often operated in the USA or in countries outside of the EU and are partially offered through local companies in the EU (for the respective providers see www.facebook.com, www.twitter.com, www.youtube.com or www.google.com). Server log files

In order to optimize our website with regard to system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transfers to us automatically.
