The company Opus Labs d.o.o. Novi Sad, (hereinafter OPUS Labs), Nikolajevska 2, ID number: 21873705, VAT: 113475014, is the owner and publisher of the OPUS OKR Mobile Application on Android and iOS mobile platforms (hereinafter OPUS Applications)as well as the OPUS WEB Portal http://app.opus.rs/ (hereinafter OPUS OKR WEB Portal).
With this privacy statement OPUS Labs informs its clients, suppliers or persons otherwise affected by the processing of personal data that OPUS Labs carries out in the course of the activities mentioned in this privacy statement. OPUS Labs is responsible for the contents of the OPUS OKR Applications and the processing of personal data in connection therewith, as far as another representative is not expressly referred to.
Privacy of users of the OPUS OKR Applications is of special importance to the company OPUS Labs. Company OPUS Labs is committed to respecting your privacy and confidentiality of your information.
OPUS OKR Applications and OPUS OKR WEB Portal OPUS Labs operates the OPUS OKR Application and OPUS OKR WEB Portal, which offers users the possibility to track down working hours, business tasks in the form of industry recognized OKR standard (Objective Key Results) on their smartphones and allows end users to have BI reports in regards above mentioned business topics. Customers of OPUS OKR Applications can, pursuant to our privacy statement and by using the OPUS OKR WEB Portal, publish BI reports connected to the OPUS OKR Applications which is then displayed in the user BI applications. Personal data that customers make available to us in connection with the use of the OPUS OKR Applications and OPUS OKR WEB Portal (such as e-mail addresses etc.) is used by OPUS Labs for the implementation of the OPUS OKR Application Service delivered by OPUS OKR Applications and OPUS OKR WEB Portal.
The User of the OPUS OKR Applications (hereinafter User) by using or accessing to the OPUS OKR Applications agrees willingly, without coercion, threats misconceptions and any flaws of will, to the Privacy Policy of the OPUS OKR Mobile Application (hereinafter Privacy policy).
The company OPUS Labs has the right to collect, use, process all data that are collected within the OPUS OKR Application, which represent an integral part of the Privacy policy. The company OPUS Labs is committed that will personal data about the Users keep in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 97/08 from October 27, 2008, 104/09 – Other Law 68/2012- decision of the US and 107/2012) (hereinafter Law), apropos use exclusively for the needs of the OPUS OKR Service and the Users, and in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
The User may at any time revoke the consent for data processing, which is done without legal basis, in writing form or verbally on the record, and that he is obliged to compensate for the justified costs and damage, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia which regulate liability for damage.
The company OPUS Labs is liable for misdemeanor liability if it process data that is not allowed in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Types of personality data
Types of personality data that is collected: first name and last name of User, official e-mail address, official phone number, address where the User is working (City and Zip code),address to which the employee is sent to within a business trip, space and time data when the User logs in and logs-out from work, space and time data when the User goes on a business trip, the business tasks -description that the User received within the OPUS OKR Applications.
We do not collect particularly sensitive personality data.
Purpose of processing
Data are collected and processed according to the needs of the end users of the OPUS OKR Platform and provision of service of recording of working hours, recording of business trips and recording of business tasks.
The way of collecting and storing data
Data collection is done through the OPUS OKR Platform and in the following way:

OPUS OKR Back Office WEB application in which end users enter data about their business locations and employees, apropos Users (Fist name and Last name, official phone number, official e-mail address, Sector and location where the employee’s workplace is, apropos User).

OPUS OKR Mobile applications through which space and time data are collected for the purpose of recording working hours, recording of business trips and recording of business tasks. The mobile application can only be used by registered users who are employed at the end user and who receive the activation code on the official mobile phone in the form of an SMS message. All data is stored in electronic form in a secure environment and in accordance with the highest industry standards that are relating to access to data. Data can be accessed only by end users, apropos Users through their mobile applications (personalized data). The application is limited to run only in the period that the end user defined as working hours, all over the defined period application is not active in terms of data collection.
Deadline for storing and using data
They are only stored in the period of using OPUS OKR Applications, apropos only data is recorded at the time which is defined as the end user’s working hours.
Precautions taken
All data that is implemented is protected in accordance with the industry standard and the use of technology for authentication and authorization of access. All database services, apropos application servers, use exclusively an integrated model of authentication and authorization as the highest level of security of access to data and services. At the same time, the infrastructure itself supports all the most important industry standards in the field of data security.
